Sealer
SB-1300 Joint Stabilizing Sealer is a water-based, single component, acrylic co-polymer sealer that can be used inside or outside. It can be applied immediately after installation, as it is breathable and will not trap naturally occurring efflorescence. This breathability feature also decreases freeze thaw damage and improves surface durability and ease of maintenance. SB-1300 is non-hazardous and VOC/EPA compliant. SB-1300 has the consistency of water and is milky white when applied and dries clear, creating a natural look with matte finish.
