How Far Would You Go to Get it Right?

When you do landscaping day in and day out, you meet all sorts of customers. Some have a vague idea of what they’re after for their project, while others have created detailed plans to the inch. Maygan from Peak Stonework found herself in the latter scenario with a recent client wanting a specific outdoor living area.

In fact, her client had already dug out the area and selected exactly what paving stones he wanted for his custom path and landing area. In many ways, that’s the dream situation for Maygan, but dreams can turn to nightmares really quick.

Which Pavers Are Right

The pavers the client wanted were manufactured and sold out of California, which meant getting them to Colorado Springs was going to be a challenge. That challenge included some large dollar signs for shipping and handling. Maygan caught a break when the California manufacturer suggested she try some place a little closer to Colorado. Although the California rep didn’t know exactly what American Stone provided, he felt confident enough to suggest Maygan give us a call. And boy, is she glad she did.

“Once I started talking to Sarah, she took the reins to get me the Western Interlock pavers I needed to make the client happy.” The Holland pavers from Western Interlock were such a good match the customer gave an enthusiastic thumbs up.

Unique and Beautiful

Maygan couldn’t say enough about the great experience she had with the American Stone team. We’re just glad we were able to help turn Maygan’s nightmare back into a dream for her client — without having to go too far.
