Emp 806: Systemology Stage 3 - Extract Pt 3
Goal: gather all the recordings and prep them for urock
This is part 3 of the Third Stage in Systemology - Extract. During the planning phase, the knowledgeable workers will identify the key processes and procedures that need to be captured. They will also determine who will be responsible for capturing the information and how it will be documented. The recording phase involves capturing the actual work being done by the knowledgeable workers. This can be done through video, audio, or text. The documentation phase involves creating a detailed record of the processes and procedures that have been captured. This documentation will be used to create the training materials for new employees.
It is important to note that the process of capturing knowledge and processes is not always perfect. There will be times when mistakes are made. However, it is important to focus on capturing the essence of the process rather than trying to be perfect. The goal is to create a system that is as accurate and complete as possible.
