Attendance: Follows the posted schedule and utilizes the time clock to record time, make adjustments as needed, and submit timesheets to Manager for approval on a bi-weekly (every other week) basis.

Shop Tools and Equipment: Employees need to demonstrate full proficiency, observing all operating procedures as instructed during training, on all shop tools and equipment including Bridge Saws, Thin Veneer Saws, Guillotines, Chop Saws, and other power tools.

Practical Understanding of Stone Types: Employees need to have a working knowledge of the different types of stone that we carry and have the necessary skills to work that stone into sellable products. This includes knowing how to split slabs, chisel corners, and hone the stone to achieve different finishes.

Yard Layout and Organization
Yard Layout and Organization: Employees must understand the proper layout of both the Retail area and the Back-Stock area. In addition, they must help to maintain proper organization by placing products in their assigned areas, tagging customer orders, placing orders for pick up in the will call area, and not dumping unprocessed stone back in the yard.
